OMAR GARCIA 2 WEEKS BEFORE THE 2008 ARNOLD

Remember my guy Omar? he took the light heavys class at the Southern States last year, he is almost ready and improved, 4.8% and 197 pounds.

Everything ins coming like i planed, i think he will be at the prejudging at 190 pounds with 4.3%, 6 pounds heavyer than last years Southern states where he competed at 184.

After the Arnold we are going to take the whole year off season to increase his size and weight and go again next year heavier, maybe heavy weight or top of the class.

Ye he is doing the amateur in the light heavy weight class, he has the size maybe not the nicer form or genetics but his condition is just amaizing and it count so much so i am sure he will place for the finals.
