Period of time 5 days / week doing cardio
1 coffee per day limit (i drink too much Caffeine)
Tighten up my diet first, i was planning on tightning up my diet once i started but will start now
EKG (I NEED ONE) i know i do...
Going to donate blood asap this week after the month is over
I will not start the steroids until BP is normal thanks to the advice from all you
Last question ... what about starting the GH before the rest of the cycle while still trying to lower my BP ? I know many people are against running GH without test but I dont mind
