One more day till my show

Man ive been de carbing and its almost over now, tommorow i carb up and cant wait. This will be first show to compete in anything other than teens, im hoping to make a good impact, its an amatuer competition of course, but its small steps to a better me. Just gettin excited about the show now, had to tell someone. Wish me luck and il let everybody how i do Sat. night! later,
ps. il be competing as a light heavy, probably around 193lbs i hope

its all over, im glad. I think i did really good, i ended up getting 3rd in light-heavies. The guy who got second won the overall of a show about 3 weeks before and the guy who won first got 6th at Jr. Nationals this year and ended up winning the overall of my competition. So being considered up there with these guys was a compliment all in its own. I was very happy with my conditioning. I was the youngest contestant in the whole competition, so everyone was shocked to hear i was only 20. The judges just told me to keep adding size and that my shape was good. So now its back to basic lifts to add more size deadlifts, benchpress, squats. Il post some pics up soon, they are gonna be on mostmusclar.com soon. Thanks for everyones help, especially Rogue for his suggestions for pre contest carbing up!

Hey guys
thanks for the encouragement and kind words. I will have some pics up pretty soon, waiting to get them back and some will be up on mostmusclar.com pretty soon. I did a show called the Steelworld Classics here in Alabama. Man i love this rebound effect when you get done with a show, i know most of it is water rentention, but it does make me look alot bigger. 220lbs this morning i was 190 Sat. night! Oh well after this week il quit the eating shitty food binge and go back to lots of clean foods. Once again thanks for everybodies encouragement.
