One of my client's I prepped this past season

Hey guys just wanted you all to see my client Darius I prepped for this past season. He did the same show where I won the Overall. Long story short on this kid, he is adopted, mom and were WORTHLESS. His adopted parents are so good to him and I am glad he found something to keep his spirit's high. Whats more impressive is that he was 15 in these pics

I have him up to round 200 right now with just a lot of food and moving weight. He is around 5'8".

He looks great!! How adorable and amazing that he's so young, and so committed.

Yeah he cooked ALL of his meals for the week on Sunday and TOOK them to school with him.

The other kids thought he was just weird, lol. I am impressed with his dedication and being so young, I hope to work with him til he is around 19-20 because he will look awesome.

When we started last his prep last season he was 190, this year exactly 10 lbs heavier. He should be around 162-167 onstage this year I am hoping. He respnds well to a Palumbo type of diet, we had trouble getting him carbed up well...
