ever since i started working out (15 years old im now 24)
my left pec seems to lack the size that my right pec has , this is very noticible and doesent seem to grow at all, even in my bench presses i seem to be weaker from the left side and the barbell starts to become uneven , is there anything i can do to increase my pec to become even? what could have caused this?

Try incorporating more dumbbell exercises. That way you can't cheat and use the strong side to over compensate.

one of my brothers has this problem. His chest is well developed but one side is noticeably smaller.

I think its very hard if not impossible to correct it.

It probably has to do with different fiber compositions from the left pec to the right pec

Dumbells are the answer. I had the same problem yerars ago and nothing but the dumbells helped me overcome it .

Dumbbells all the way bro ...and possibly hammer strength ...try doing one arm at a time too and a few more the the weaker side ...

I have exactly the same problem and my chiropractor told me it has to do with my spine being out of alignment. Something about certain nerves not firing like they should. It happens to basically the entire left side of my body, not terribly bad but still noticeable.

I was going through the same thing. My left chest was smaller, but left tricep was bigger, and vice-versa right side. Dumbels are the way to go.

i DONT THINK THAT THERE IS A BETTER ANSWER THAN ISOLATING THE WEAK OR UNDEVELOPED PEC, BUT I MIGHT ADD THAT A LITTLE SYNTHEROL MAY HELP SPEED THE PROCESS. IT DID GREAT FOR ME WITH A SMALLER PEAK IN MY LEFT BI.

Good idea. I see no reason why not to work

certain forms of scoliosis can cause one side of the chest to appear to be slanted or lower than the others.. this is due to a twist or torsion in the mid back.. if youlay down and look at your chest you might see one pec higher than the other or if you run your hand across the chest you may actually feel the sternum turned upwards on one side.. again.. it is torsion in the spine.. one shoulder may be rolled forward compared to the other.. known as a "skewed physique".. some of it may be by muscle imbalances that have never been dealt with.. see a sports medicine therapist or see a sports medicine doc ..
