If I were you I'd reach out to a bunch of them and see what have have to say....you'll get price ranges from all over....200 a month to 2k upfront.

Plus I like to see past clients and learn a little more about them.
Believe me, I did this same research 3-4 months back and finally chose someone. Best investment in my physique I've made to date.

Took the guessing game completely out of dieting and its great to have another set of eyes on you. ALSO, having someone doing my diet holds me more accountable.

Trader Joe's has the cheapest 96/4 beef and 99/1 ground turkey breast
