Options for home gym

Looking to improve my home gym and replace some equipment. I currently have a Power rack with pullup bar, curl bar two utility benches, dbs up to 120, and a half rack with lat pull down and low pulley.

My question is... I want to replace my half rack would it make more sense to buy something like a Bodysolid leverage machine, or a variable cable crossover machine. My budget it about $1000.

Any idea would be appreciated.

Check craigslist in your area and any surrounding areas that are a reasonable drive. I have snagged some good quality stuff for my gym for cheap. The leverage systems will give you more exercise options. I know powertech are pretty sturdy too.

Check the Letgo app too. I picked up a bodysolid leverage gym with squat attachment and weights for $750

Facebook local is solid too. Never checked my area for gym equipment but worth a look.

I appreciate it gentlemen. I think im leaning towards a leverage machine anyway. The cable machines would be nice but I would assume the leverage machines are good for injuries. I'll download that app and try craigslist. I have to leave for a couple weeks for my job, but when I get back I'd like to have something there to setup. That gives me around 4 weeks to decide.

Well it worked out. Was literally about to buy a leverage machine on amazon. Looked one last time on Craigslist....found a powertec multi system leverage machine $600 with 300lbs of weight. A huge bargain.

I had that machine for 2 years. I was very happy with it. I only sold it because it took up so much space.
