oral powders

What do you put your powders in to disolve them. Ive used propylene glycol. Just looking for other options. When you read about propylene glycol its not to good to ingest.. Any ideas

It really depends on the power. Some will dissolve in alcohol, others won't. A few will dissolve in oil or water, - most won't. PEG 400 seems to do the job when nothing else will (which is much different than propylene glycol).
