Any one have success with certain supplements for preventing hangovers?
With my job I have to entertain clients and 90% of the time they want to drink. Sipping waters or pretending I have alcohol in my drinks isnt really an option. If I were caught it would be very awkward... it's just the industry.
Anyway, I've tried a ton of different things and seems like even the best only only work minimally... TUDCA, Sythergine, NAC, Vitamin C, Citrulline Malate, Taurine, B complex, drinking a ton of water etc.
Anyone have any recommendations? I'm having a tough time making myself useful some mornings
