Paris is a true example of what money can buy you! I would like to know exactly what medical condition she had that got her out of jail! And if it is found that the sherriff and judge both conspired to let her go because of her name, they both should be fired from their job. It doesn't matter how small or how big the crime was. When your sentenced to jail you should do your time. Plain and simple. Not let out of jail cause your crime was minimal. 45 days should be exactly that "45days" spent in jail.

The judge ordered her ass back in court tomorrow. He's pissed. When he sentenced Hilton to jail last month, he ruled specifically that she could not serve her sentence at home under electronic monitoring. The city attorney also filed a petition questioning whether Sheriff Lee Baca should be held in contempt of court for releasing Hilton. You can't make this stuff up!!

What I don't understand is how in the world did this sheriff get
the idea he had the right to release her in the first place. It's
the judges decission who does what and goes where and thats that.
He's the only one who can change the ruling. And for med reasons,
they have a health department in jail for that and anything more
serious they transport your ass to the hospital in cuffs. Apparently
that only aplies to us commoners.
