i've always been into sports, martial arts mainly. i'm in very good overall condition, run a lot, hit the gym 4times a week and keep my diet healthy.
am 44, 5.5ft (170cm), 176lb (80kg)
now i'm curious to learn from first hand experience how a cycle can boost my system. have read a lot online, talked to some in the gym and came up with the following cycle. would appreciate some comments... thnx in advance
week 01-16 - sust 250mg e5d
week 01-05 - dbol starting week 1 20mg/day, w2-4 30mg/d, w5 20mg/d
week 14-17 - dbol 20mg/d
week 16-20 - clomid starting w16 50mg eod, w17 50mg/d, w18 100mg/d, w19 50mg/d, w20 50mg eod
throughout - nolvadex if needed
