very simple: 2 spoon olive oil and stir fry one chopped onion in it, when the onion start getting dark just add 2 tins of Hunts tomatoe sauce ( the simple one with no salt added or spices) put some salt, 2 spoon of ketchup. mix it up well, set the stove to low and cover it. Slow cook it until it get dense enuff, usually takes about 45 min.Stir it every 10 min. Very nice and a quick healthy way to eat pasta.
