Just like you would take any regular oral. It is advised to hold it under the tongue for a minute or so and then swallow with water.

Hey EAPFAN, use the search button.. I had the same questions and the info is out there...

Bottom line is yeah it's like acid.. typically there are 50 squares on a sheet of paper w/ the aas on it. each square is measured to have a certain amt of gear. Just rip it, swallow it and go from there.

The real question is, how many mg's does your body take in once it's in your gut? That I can't seem to find... (even w/ search button...)
