I have always deadlifted the regular way off the floor,and I know that it adds a great thick solid look to my body.I have read alot of bodybuilders are now doing partials instead of full lifts.What benefit is there to doing deads in a power rack in a partial fashion?And how high should the pins be set??? Im thinking it will allow alot more weight to be used,but would like to know the proper protocol to follow and if it does make a difference......
