That's what I saying. I personally don't care what a fed says. I give credit to no straps but the strongest men in the world use straps. I don't use them, but I'm not even close to having an impressive deadlift and don't the limiting factor should be grip if the rest of the body is capable of more. Might as well say no belt. I would actually be more impressed with straps and no belt. Hitching I'm not a fan of not sumo. Sumo in general I'm not a fan of, but especially the vertical back super wide " I'm not even really standing" version is def not even close to the same lift. People can actually round their backs on sumo because they aren't using their lunbar to same degree. They should do away with wide grip bench and arch as well and knee sleeves.Strongman use straps, but they are not doing sumo.
On another not I love KKs deadlift but don't get why he was such a fan of the trap bar, since it really takes the lower back out. I would have like liked to hear his explanation. The over head press would be cool to see brought back as well,
