" and basically just takes you through my journey from the very beggining and through my young years and competitive years to present day. do you look back and wish you wouldn't have takin that
time off...??? or do you think that was crucial in your successes...???


and, being an older guy(turning pro late in the game) how do you
feel about longevity in the sport...??? how do you feel about being
on stage with guys 10...15...20 years younger...???

and also being older.....does that change your AAS protocol...???
do you keep it more simple...??? or just as crazy as everyone else...??
