a google search will return all information, its up to the person reading to decide if it bogus or not.

actual studies performed by universities and the like hold more merit than some random guy posting on a blog. also make sure never to believe studies done by a company who sells the product they are testing. even if someone's knowledge of a particular topic (like nutrition) is low, standard methods can be used to determine validity of information using basic principles like those stated above, and many others.
