Little update

Yesterday my girl gets a call from some woman. She says 'I just thought you should know your guy (my name) got an erotic bodyrub from me a few months back, he screwed me over and didn't pay me I wanted to let you know"

I trace the number, registered to this guys' wife.

Ebay has believe it or not refunded him the 40K, and has not hit me w/ a fee or said I have to pay him back. They did however suspend my paypal account lol.


Issued a warrant for him today. I honestly feel like I am a small role in a bad comedy movie lol.

Not sure I understand what the outcome was. You say he was refunded the 40k and you also got paid your 40k? So ebay is out 40k??

LoL yup.

I called both ebay and paypal customer support and they both verified no fee/anything will coem back to me.

That is nothing short of amazing to me. Says a lot for ebay/paypal. What a lifesaver. Congrats on not getting royally screwed. I hope that the law pursues that guy though. Fraud for sure I would say. If I were ebay/paypal it would be running through my mind that the two of you were working together, but maybe Im just crazy. Ive heard of scams like that before. I hope that guy doesnt get away with any more.
