PCT HELP!!

ok so i am not on my first cycle but i am on my first stack. I've ran test a few times only using a little hcg and nolva afterwards abd recovered fine. I have just started a 12 week cycle of test 400, eq300 and tren e 100 all twice a week. now its hittin hard and i'm lovin it but i know i will crash hard after this if my pct isn't on point. will someone please send me a sample design of the proper pct for this cycle? thanks :banghead::headbang:

Use the search function and type in PCT, you should get somehwere around 250 hits

Nobody is going to map this out for you, it's subjective. Do some research, ho wdo you have you cycle planned out with no pct in mind?

i have had plenty of PCT planned, i just want to know someone more experienced advice on PCT. I'm not stupid bro just seeing what others would say about the proper PCT for the substances i'm using.
