1 1/4 cup oats
tbsp honey
2 tbsp EVOO or might replace that with mac nut oil might go better with the honey
I had it this way too, and it is very yummy...I didnt used to like peanut butter, but last year I started eating it with either protein shake or oat meal as a little treat from time to time...it was good.
