for guys that have paid at trainer......how sick do you get of people in the gym asking you for a diet and routine. then your the one that comes off as a dick when you mention that your paid for all your information and...............



i am happy that people have noticed the progress i have made in my gym but i paid good money for that information to make the progress i have. sorry to rant just piss's me off that people think your an asshole when you dont sit down with them for free and give them $100's of dollars worth of free information.

bro i got soooo many wanna be bodybuilders in my gym and its funny to watch them all run in circles chasing their tales..LOL i have offered my services and they act like they can't afford it (300 dollars for a whole offseason, diet and training) well one kid has payed for my services and he's a natural bodybuilder and has went from 172 to 192 with the same bodyfat(lean kid due to a very fast metabolism) and he is stronger than 80% of the enhanced guys in my gym, soo what do they do???? instead of coming to me and forking out what amounts to a very small fee (I even give my trainee free supps every month cause of my sponsorship) they go behind my back and try and get the info from my trainee I tell him not to tell them shit and to hire me. Now im no trainer of the stars and would only take on no more than 3 people anyways, but damn these guys will spend thousands on gear and haven't gained 10 pounds of muscle in four years i bet.... so i just sit back and laugh as thats all you can do bro.

I got on even better, you give them free advice, and they don't even listen or want to do the complete opposite. Oh, I forgot, they are getting advice from their fat trainer, who is in worse shape then them.

I just usually tell them i charg XXX amount and give them my number. Ive only heard from 4 people in 6 years of doing this.

Me, being a trainer, I dont mind giving people a few free tips now and then at the gym, but when they come to me and ask me for a full routine + diet + supps + gear info for free? Uhhhh.. No? And I'm like one of the least expensive trainers in my area and they are not willing to pay. People always want free advice. Give them what you can, and if theyre not willing to pay for training, then they obviously dont really want/need it. Thats how I look at it anyway.

I'm no trainer but people constantly ask me how to get big and strong. My answer is always the same. If it ain't nailed down, eat it. Pick up heavy shit often. And JETHRO does have some phenomenal glutes.
