Let's talk peptides. I feel most of the time when people talk about their peptide use they sorta, kinda, maybe, think it did something. In your experience what peptides have you tried that you can say definitively made a difference? Conversely what have you taken and you felt did nothing or are unsure if it did anything.

Melanotan 2- Tan, insane libido, massive erections. This shit definitely works!
PT-141-Same thing as MT2 just no tan.
DSIP-I've only tried it twice and I can't say for certain it did anything.
 
TB-500: absolutely helps with inflammation like tendonitis and such.

BCP-157: definitely helped speed recovery after injuries and surgery.

Every GHRP: definitely increase HGH levels as well as IGF1 serum levels , I don't find them anywhere near as cost effective or convenient as quality generic HGH

IGF-1-LR3: helped maintain fullness and ou.ls when dieting very hard , probably helped lose fat.

HGH-FRAG: helped with fat lose when taken pre cardio and training , again use quality HGH and get more.bang for you buck
 
I have had amazing success with bpc 157
mt 2 all I need is 250mcgs twice per week turns my skin dark brown
tb 500 is not cost effective
All the rest ineffective IMO
 
I only used ghrp when datbtrue was hyping them, didn't notice anything. Never really paid attention to peptides was always skeptical from the get go
 
BPC 157 healed my elbow tendinitis after over 2 years of pain and "good and bad elbow days" definitely NOT placebo!!
 
As posted some peptides are fantastic and others are crap. My favs are IGF-1 LR3, BPC-157, TB-500 and MT-2. The GHRH's and GHRP's can be great as well and I like CJC-1295 with DAC, Tesamorelin, Ipamorelin, Hexarelin, GHRP 2/6 and MK-677. Although in regards to gh boosters I would just go with HGH (perhaps in combination with a small dose of MK-677). There are many other useful peptides but in regards to muscle building there are better options and sticking to the basics is what I would recommend. Anyone pushing it hard in the gym would benefit from adding in one or both of the main healing peptides as they can be incredible for general recovery and would help prevent any minor injuries becoming more problematic in the future.
 
So what is BPC 157 in your own words and what it does, can it be used preventatively for joints? Any long term concerns?

MT 2 works amazing I’m a blue eyed Norse/German and when I run it people ask me if I’m part indian

GHRPs work wonders

Ipamrolein is solid imo

Sermorlein works too and does help me sleep a tad better

Have run IGF-1 and had runs where I think it was there and not there and yes I mixed it with the proper reconstitution mix. I think if you’ve got enough GH and insulin in you already it’s a waste but again genetics prolly play a role here bc I have guys who live by it with solid solid results.
 
used 1295 w/dac and mk677 years ago and the only thing that bew me up asmuch as that was lantis.only took it for a few weeks because i just blew up cant say if it was muscle though

MK-677 blows me up (with water) as much as dbol back in the day :D For that reason but mainly due to the lethargy I always experience I just stick to 10mg per day. Even at 10mg per day if I add it in after a long break I am usually falling asleep all through the next day.
 
Yep...BPC-157 has helped recover quicker for sure. I use MT-2 and darkens me up nicely. Just have to get through the nausea. It does kill my appetite a bit.

i use bpc and tb500 preventatively for joints and recovery during intense training phases.
Usually 6-8 week blocks where i push intensitiy and frequency up. I use 2x2mg tb500 weekly and 500µ bpc daily during this time.
then i reduce make 2-3 weeks higher volume less intensity where i drop it.
imo, the combination works like a charm for recovery, tissue regeneration and joint health. Also has positive effects on immune system and cardiovascular health
 
The healing peptides i have used over the years lowered inflammation and some pain while using them. But can't say they actually did anything. As when i stopped taking them much of the symptoms returned. And i would have expected some healing anyway after weeks or months. So that could explain why there was some healing effects while using them.
MT2 did it's job
GPRH's worked as well.
 
PT-141 and MT2 are great. 141 also gets me tan but not to the same degree, more than enough for me though.

GHRP/Ipamorelin and CJC stack... never noticed much of anything. Used Dats and plenty of other reputable guys. Was on Dats forum etc... Meh. Ran it for 1 to maybe 1.5 years. Wouldn't bother again. I use GH now and only at 3.5iu or above do I feel it makes much difference to me. My experience anyway. I do like it and will continue. Coming up on a year here.

Haven't tried BPC or TB.
 
The first thing is getting a good source. Once that happens there are a range of peps that work for the purpose IMO.

BPC157 and TB500: I have used to heal tendonitis. It takes a few cycles through a few vials at least for me.

GHRP2: subtle but after using it for a year my wife gfot mad at me because in pictures 5 years apart I was looking younger in the older pictures. Also seemed to aid in metabolism and sleep.

GHRP6: Like GHRP2 only insatiable appetite.

IGF-LR3: Great stuff if you can a real version. Dramatic leaning, filling in and pumps. Like most of the PEDs though it is temporary.

CJC1295 DAC: works well. Some of the letter companies you have to be careful because at least for me this stuff make me go hypo. It will cause CTS in wrists and some numbness in fingers like GH. I pair it with GHRP2.

CJC1295 no DAC: Got nothing from it over several attempts.

GRF1-29: Junk, got nothing.

Frag 176-191: Got nothing. Some people respond to it apparently.

GH: A full replacement dose for me is 1-1.5 iu EOD. My IGF-1 goes from 100 to 220 and that is the top of the range for my age. With that said GH is one of the best peptide/protein supplements. Leaning, nutrient partitioning, workout recovery.. the stuff is hard to beat and at an iu a day it really doesn't cost all that much even for pharma pens.

MT2: Nothing better available to darken your skin. Just came back from my annual 5 day beach outing and I went from Northern Italian to Sicilian again.
