My first run with tren ace, i knew from friends that it could hurt when shot, so i started shooting and fuckin hell the pain was insane, shot it eod for 6 weeks straight, then one of my friends talked to the chemist who made it and he made an error instead of using 0,9% ba he used 9% ba in the mix... yeah it was like shooting liquid glas for 6 weeks...

Gawd dammit son!!!! Hey at least it was sterile!!!! That’s abt all the good I can see here… Ouch!

- measured my slin wrong being used to pulling the plunger back to 2 ticks because that's what I use for gh (ended up taking 30iu).
- put too much emphasis on AAS when diet training improvements were what was actually needed
- gave a shit what others or people online think of my physique/goals
- worried too much about the little things chasing "optimal"

lol no shit man. The mistakes of youth bro!! Diet is just as if not more important than AAS . Unfortunately that lesson took time for me to learn

As I stroll down memory lane deciding which one to share I start to think maybe I’m the village idiot. It’s not that I’m unintelligent, but in my youth , I just couldn’t manage to ask for advice/help. We’re surrounded by cats from all walks of life who could easily steer us in the right direction if we can humble ourselves enough to ask. Me? Fuck that. Trial and error. One of my more embarrassing moments was my first show. 19. Natty. Somehow i had decided the way to get peeled was copious amounts of brewer’s yeast, whole raw eggs, bean burritos from Taco Bell w no cheese and hours of cardio everyday. . The eggs were bfast only. Rest of my meals were brewers yeast and bean burritos. Not my best look.
