How long do you think before Pete gets his pro card? I have been seeing him all over the net and in magazines, actually more than some pros and he looks fantastic as always. Very in proportion and has great muscle bellies. I am guessing it is going to come really soon. He definitely deserves it.

Pump

People can say what they want about Pump (haters on that "other board" bunch of punk kids...) but the guy is a straight up good guy. He has worked his ass off to get where he is. He is meticulous and calculating about his future and knows how to market himself and his wife in this industry.

Kaiser you are absoulutely right about seeing him everywhere. He has already achieved more publicity than many professionals.
Peter is out knocking on doors, doing seminars for free at nutrition stores and gyms across the country. He made it his business to be "seen" and has marketed himself and his wife very well. He is hungry and extremely motivated to be successful. His work ethic is inspiring to say the least. I for one wish him all the best and hope that he nails his professional status this weekend!

HE HAS GREAT INTENTIONS AND IS A GREAT AMBASSADOR FOR THIS SPORT.THAT SAID, HE WOULD NOT DO WELL AS A PROFESSIONAL FOR MANY REASONS, ONE BEING THAT AS A CHRISTIAN HE STRUGGLES WITH STEROID USE. HE KNOWS THAT IT IS ILLEGAL AND NEEDS TO STEER CLEAR OF IT, FOR HIS FAITH, LEGAL AND HEALTH REASONS. I've always wondered about this. I wonder how Mark Dugdale and Ronnie Feel about the matter. Both seem to be pretty outspoken on their faith.

Well

"Christians" I speak to say that everyone cannot be perfect. I am not asking them to be perfect, but if you continue to preach to us all, and yourself continues do something illegal knowing it is illegal, there are no excuses. I tend to think all people make up their own religion
and are governed by that. This way no crime is committed and they can continue to preach to us heathens and feel better about their lives because they "saved our soul", all the whilst keeping their chair warm next to you know who.

i am not religious but maybe the laws of the united states government and the laws of god are 2 different things. would it still be a "sin" if i lived in a country where its legal??

that being said i think putnam has to weak of a back to be a pro.

peter has a good physique.. and has been promoted like crazy.. but, the reality is there are more gifted competitors in the light heavies than any other division.. dixon, augusta and numerous others who would make good pros.. if he has a issue about using gear then he might want to go into another line of work.. either that or move to the uk where it is legal for personal use and would not conflict with h is beliefs in regards to legal factors lol.. either way, he is a good guy and everyone says so..

In my little old town when I was a kid there was this gym that these two guys ran for a while before they took everyones membership fees and bolted they had a freaking big cross in the gym and always wore those stupid his pain your gain shirts witha huge enhanced jesus squating a cross on it. In fact it was their uniform, never saw them without um. They were enhanced as well, obvioious to even my naivie eye. I always thought how interesting that whole picture was.

Pete a great guy from what he has written on Mayhem, I think Pete will become Pro at his next show, turning Pro an being a Pro are two very different things, I dont think Peters build will even get as far as a Dugdale.

I dont think it's so much the illegal factor, being Christian there is NO excuse to alter what God has given you, that in itself is a sin and as long as he is sinning, well you get the rest.

well.. i have a bud who is a devout christian.. he has tattoos.. that is altering your body also.. another buddy of his told him he was sinning and he says he is not.. now.. both read the same bible and both come to different conclusions.. would altering not also include ear ring piercings, tanning, ect ect.. where does it end ..? i had a guy tell me that "a man can not lay with another man".. yet it also says that one should "stone a unruley child".. he choices to believe one and not the other..
my point is that people pick and choice what they want out of the bible.. even the fundementalists.. this isone subject that is much to confusing and opinionated.. no one will win .. much like politics..

I just have to say .I wish the man all the best . He has always been very cool to me and personally gone out his way for me providing me some info about his eye[ we are both blind in our left eyes] He is a master at marketing himself and already had a better career than most pros...........good for him. He should have nothing to stuggle with . He is a good kind person first and foremost .Any God should be proud to have him and his beautiful wife represent them........lol.........Good luck Peter!!!!
