Been on it for about a week or two now,started doing 50mcg. twice a day.after a few days, i noticed that the sides(aka..shits,pissing like on a diuretic)-are almost gone so i uped the dose,now im doing 60-70mcg. twice a day,sides are still not too bad.this is the second time iv'e been trying it(last time was a year ago),and i noticed the same results-vascularity and body-fat loss are VERY noticable(i probably dropped like 10-12lbs. and didnt lose any strength)-also have to do with the fact that im on a cleaner diet and also im doing more morning cardio.just wanted to know if anyone here have an idea of how long is it safe to stay on PGCL.
