I was reading the thread and it was a good read.


I think everyone fights change. We have been told to eat huge amounts of protein all our lives but the concept of replacing some of those meals with aminos or LBAs many people are quick to turn down. IFBB pro Luke Wood talks about only eating 150 grams of potein from food and now uses aminos for the rest and has not lost any size. The thread adds great merit to something you have been preaching forever and I'm sure tons of others have been doing for years. I can't imagine how much easier it is on your body to not have to eat as much as you would have to. Just food for thought.

AT TIMES I AM HESITANT TO POST "MY RESULTS"....I GUESS OUT OF INSECURITY, RIDICULE...........I HAVE BEEN DOING THIS FOR 30 YEARS AND THE LBAs ABSOLUTELY CAN REPLACE FOOD AND CUT MY PROTEIN INTO 1/3. AT FIRST I DID NOT BELIEVE IT BECAUSE I RATHER BELIEVE WHAT I READ THAN WHAT WAS HAPPENING TO ME.............BLOOD TESTS SO MUCH BETTER, LESS EATING, LEANER, STRONGER, FEEL BETTER, LESS STRESS. I THINK TOO MUCH PROTEIN STRESSES ME OUT AND I GET UPTIGHT, UNCOMFORTABLE.............SORT OF BOGGED DOWN.
 
Well Protein is made up of amino acids.. Amino acids have already broken the protein down into amino acids to be more readily available. I dont see why one couldnt cut theyre protein intake, and supplement with aminos.

Since I have been using the LBA's, I feel better, getting leaner, more intence workouts, and 1/10th of the gas I had before :D

Are you sure there are just amnios in these...I feel almost like I am high when I am working out at the gym and...I sweat like people ask me if it is raining out side after I am done...absolutely soaked head to toe...

To be perfectly honest.....Phil has always said you want to learn something, try it on yourself and experiment is the best way to figure it out, everyone is different and is not like the next guy.......

Iv been taking in no more than 1g of protein per lb of bodyweight and focusing more on fruits and carb sources with good nutritional content along with healthy fats from good sources.......well, im up 10lbs and still about has hard as the pix i posted a month ago. My right ass cheak is striated in the AM when im dry. Im thinking about when i get more money to switch over to LBA's. Its sure convenient and its working really well for everyone else. Im going to talk to Phil personally about it in another week and see what he thinks about some of my concerns......

Thats because you're right handed and lean to the right to wipe. Its gets more work and helps definition. Some people have natural gifts.

Haha.. werent you the one who made a thread about how dedicated you are.. That even when you have sex you think bout ur abs lol... Well i think you should start switch hittin too

but can someone post the link to the milos thread, from what i recall i believe he is big on bcaa's and possibly Eaa's if my memory serves me right

i completly agree that - when not dieting - 1lbs per pound of bdyweight is enough protein. In fact it seems that i follow a smiliar meal plan as tp4u ..

Sometimes i also replace some of my protein intake with liquid aminos to give my body a "break" from digesting all that whole food protein. for me it works quite well.
For me almost any amino formula will do. i personally prefer dymatize. Now some might say that it is derived partly from gelatine and therefore an inferior source of protein. .. This assumption may have its origin in some websites listing Gelatines BV as 0. But that is only as Gelatine itself is lacking some EAAs afaik. As long as you dont rely soley on Gelatine for protein consumption there is no problem at all...

Moreover the LBAs phil is selling are hydrolized collagen protein extracts [indicated by high amounts of L-Hydroxyproline which only occur in collagen](clever maketing calling them "beef" = "collagen" ;) ) - another protein source most would say sucks big time. but the results seem to speak for themself.

Maybe if someone else sold whey protein hydrolysed into it's constituent aminos then they would be awesome too, but it seems to be all about the digestability rather than the actual source.
