have you always used low volume high intensity training? i remember seeing the ads for ots systems and you made a huge jump in a small time. is that when you found the hitt you use now? have you ever done high volume?
or did it just make sense to you to not do high volume just because everyone else was?
seems like after mentzer, you were one of the first ones using a hitt type training.

well i guess its not high volume like you are in the gym training for 2 hr on a bodypart, but a lots guys when they start training over do it. what did you do in the begining?how did you come to build something even by todays standards thats so different? was it trial and error, or did you study up on training first? just curious, as to how your trining has evolved through the years.thanks
