I was looking through an old musclemag and it had 2 recipe's that you supposedly like.
1)1 c. oatmeal
2 c nonfat raw milk
1 sliced banana
1 sliced apple
1 handful raisins
2 tbsp blackstrap molasses
2)3 c. raw nonfat milk
2 tbsp olive oil
4 tsp. peanut butter
1 squirt (hehe!) vanilla extract
pinch nutmeg
sweetner and ice cubes
Just curious. From what you've posted about your diet, I thought the 2nd recipe sounded like something you'd suggest but not the 1st.
Not that this is "Eye-Opening" nutrition tips, just trying to find out all your "SECRETS"? LOL.
