This is a very impressive photo of you in your prime. Any chance you could share with us your typical "off season" diet that you used to get to this level? It wasn't that long ago...
I'm sure it's fairly simple...(eat every 2 to 3 hours, get in at least 300g protein/day, HIT routine 3x/wk, 8+ hours rest/night), but it would be very reassuring hearing it from you.
