being that i turned a nice shade of purple doing back and bi's tonight i might have to take it easy with this stuff, its no joke. had a freakin sick workout though, talked about amped. maybe its cause i havent taken anything like this in a couple years but its about 7 hours later and i'm still flyin

yeah I hear you I haven't touched the stuff in months.....I only take it when I have to do really strenuous activites like sit in a 6 hour meetings that I have to be on point for....lol....

Other than that I can't take it anymore before workouts as i am afraid seriously of the inner cranial pressure you get from training hard....
