Training

The training I do continually changes........it morphs ....and if I do not hear from clients for a while I really have no way to help them. Some people email me 6 months later............but have not done as I propose.....I cant really be much benefit to these people. You cant just take LBAs for 2 weeks.......train on my routine for 1 month...........continually change ratios around and not follow my supplement routine.........it does not work that way.
