Just wondering if its ok to keep pinning the same muscle on an eod routine? What i mean is, i am pinning 200 mg test prop and 150mg NPP oed. I pin the npp in the left quad and the trop in the right quad and just go higher, lower, further in, further out like that. I tried pinning in my glutes and i was so sore the next day i couldnt walk. The quads are a little sore the day after but nothing i cant live with. Im worried about pinning my calves or delts with this cause im not sure if i could walk by pinning calves or i might not be able to raise my arm if i pin delts. So is it ok to just pin quads eod?
