pinning same muscles eod

Just wondering if its ok to keep pinning the same muscle on an eod routine? What i mean is, i am pinning 200 mg test prop and 150mg NPP oed. I pin the npp in the left quad and the trop in the right quad and just go higher, lower, further in, further out like that. I tried pinning in my glutes and i was so sore the next day i couldnt walk. The quads are a little sore the day after but nothing i cant live with. Im worried about pinning my calves or delts with this cause im not sure if i could walk by pinning calves or i might not be able to raise my arm if i pin delts. So is it ok to just pin quads eod?

Larger body parts seem to be ok most of the time, however I wouln't recommend this with bi, tri, or delts. You may experience some serious swelling over time or even worse cellulitis.

Try to rotate as much as possible among all muscle groups.
 
yes watch the smaller groups, but the larger ones just try varying the area as much as possible. you will get a heamatoma if you do the SAME spot time and time again.
 
I figured that the area of injection possibilities in the quad was big enough to skip around and be ok?
 
;)theres enough places to "pin" yourself so you dont have to do the same ones EOD. inner/outer bis,tris,lats,delts,chest,glutes,quads and even traps if you need them
 
I would not do it your askign for alot of scare tissue and possibly a absess.

go delts, glutes,quads. thows are easy and now you have6 spots
 
my general rule of thumb is to not pin the same area more than once a week...sometimes I'll make an exception if for example I'm doing legs tomorrow I'll pin shoulders instead of my quad. Only pin in the same area twice a week if it is no longer sore from the last injection there. Also, if you must pin multiple times a week in the same location make sure you move the injection sight slightly (this is easiest with quads).
 
I am surprised that your glutes hurt you more than your quads, since you obviously use your muscle legs more directly then your glutes. Anyway I would try rotating glutes and quads. I also try not to pin same spot more than once a week, a lot of trauma to the muscle. I would stay away from calves and bis,unless you are massive. I pinned winstrol in my calf last year just to try it out, my calf blew up like a balloon and couldn't walk for a week .God bless you bro.
 
I am suppose to pin again on Tuesday. Im going to try glutes again and see if its any better. Thanks for the help fellas
 
I know some guys that only pin glutes and have been doing this for 30 plus years.Not recommending but know of this practice.
 
Pinning in the same spot or on a small muscle repeatedly gives me that dreaded "crackling" sound when sticking towards the end of the cycle.

Atleast you have more surface area and site selection on quads/glutes than you do on your delts..

Luckily, I've had the crackling sound always go away by the time I'm ready for the next cycle.
 
DF-Did you pin numerous times a week in the same muscle without problems (Besides the cracking sound).
 
like someone said before, try to not use the same spot more then once a weak.

i think delts and glutes are the easiest.
if you have pain with the prop in the glutes, for me it eventually goes away after about a weak or two of pinning. I think i just get used to it.

Whenever i'm doing prop or ace i do glutes left, glutes right, delts right, delts left. I should also do my quads except the one time i did do it in my quads i couldn't walk for a few days....

when i'm doing enanthate, cypionate, or eq or something along those lines i just switch up between the two glutes....

i just ended my cycle due to scar tissue...i dont pin glutes because i feel uncomfortable because i cant really see them, and my shoulders get way too sore so i stick to quads...unfortunately when using acetate and propionate esters with only 2 spots, scar tissue builds up quickly. it has become beyond excruciating just to get the pins in. if you can, i recommend having as many pinning sites as possible, or sticking to longer esters. im going to for now on.
 
being sore from injections is part of the game. the more you do it the easier it gets and less it hurts. besides the small pain from injections shouldnt be nothing at all compared to the pain you inflict on yourself in the gym

I didn't have other "problems", but I knew I had some scar tissue developing when that happened. It was painless but the sound/feeling is definitely unnerving! I found a new site to inject immediately! By next cycle, it was gone... Either the scar tissue went away or was broken up by working out and massaging my muscles.

Ehren, I've had the crackling sound happen when rotating sites for a 1x or 2x a week injection schedule. Seems to happen when you stick the same spot on the same muscle every time. I mean the quad is a big muscle, but I seemed to have a certain spot that hurt less if I injected there, so I kept injecting the same spot but rotating to the other quad/etc...

The crackling sound is the needle punching through scar tissue. Find another place to inject until next cycle and you'll be fine. You might try massaging the area for a few weeks (couldn't hurt) to breakup any scar tissue you started forming.
 
df-You said that you found a spot on your quads that hurt less. About where was your sweet spot?
 
on my quads its a little higher than where you might read where your supposed to pin see i got a crackling sound and tons of pain that made me limp for about a week my first time shooting quads i thought that since i had big legs i would be able to handle it but it sucked stayed away for about a year doing only glutes but they are all fucked up now from dumping 3cc two or three times a week into each glute cycle after cycle its worth it to experiment and find out where to pin on each muscle, on my quads it about a fists length from the top hardly any pain so i can still train legs after about a day or too..
