So to get down to it my urinating has slowly incraesd over the years to now being I piss atleast once an hour, sometimes twice, and wake up from my sleep anywhere from 4 to 7 times to pee. The thing is nothing has really change I eat the same time same meals evryday for years now. I drink only water and lots but always the same amount so shy the increase? Heck I'm only 25. And now I've been getting worse and more frequent cramps evrywhere on my body especially abs. I can barely train them without them horribly cramping up. I'm sure the two could be related due to fluid imbalance but damn what do I do? And I've actully been eating bananas so my potassium has increased. Any help would be great

How long has this been going on?

Small amounts or regular amounts of urine?

Do you have a tempature? (hi temp could mean a bladder infection)

Have you checked your blood glucose? (frequent urination is a syptom of diabetes)

Are you getting enough electrolites? (the muscle cramps)

I went to the Dr. last month and my fasting glucose was at 100, first thing he asked was "How many times do you get up at night to urinate?" Make a Dr.'s appointment Bro! At least for the piece of mind.

That was my first thought when I read the post. Diabetes is bad stuff :(

Go to the Dr.

Could be at list of things, bladder problem, kidney stones, diabetes. You should not be here asking for advice, rather go to a Doctor.

Prostatitis...

At your age it could be prostatitis... probably bacterial. Pain from this can be felt in the hips and lower abdomen. Lower abdomen can be tender to the touch, urinary retention is common as the prostate gland swells and cuts off the urethra.

A prostate exam/CT would diagnose and antibiotics for at least 1 month would be prescribed...

Urine retention, if bad enough, can cause some serious kidney problems...

Get to the doctor and explain your symptoms. Saw Palmetto can help but antibiotics are needed for treatment of bacterial prostatitis.
