Alot of people thought Manny was the best possible chance to ever beat Floyd. I hear lots calling him a puss but I think the is the best defensive fighter ever. I can't think of anyone that could or can beat him.

Ricky23, I'll give it to ya. I thought Pac had a chance if he went after him but that wasn't the case as Floyd kept him at bay with the stinging jab and brilliant defense (no surprise). Wish we could have seen this fight 5 years ago, but probably would have went the same way.

What do you thing of Golovkin (GGG)? I know Mayweather won't touch him but the kid has power/speed/footwork. Could make boxing exciting again, however, I don't know who's out there for him to fight.

problem is everyone fights Floyds dumb lil fight.... i want to see someone just elude, dodge, and run from Floyd the whole fight and not initiate a single attack...only counter punch...i mean, just flip the cards on him..... i wonder what Floyds reaction would be, honestly...

i think you're spot on with Golovkin, i think he'll fair better at light middle than super middle. he has a choice to make, drop down or move up for the big fights because middle weight is a dead division.
he'll unify it first though unless he can get a big name...maybe Canelo at light middle. but GGG is the most avoided fighter alive.

even a lighter GGG is a powerhouse and he is THE best at cutting off the ring bar none. Manny chased Floyd, GGG will cut him off and Manny is punches in bunches, Floyd was always going to nullify him by out-timing his leads and throwing off his footwork. he's just too smart but GGG doesn't rely on that, his timing is almost as good as Floyd's and he's more about punch quality than quantity.
the angles he creates are something else and he generates power even while on the move.
Manny did land some decent shots but he was never given the chance to plant his feet by Floyd - GGG has KO power while in retreat! he's a different animal to most boxers alive.

for me (Mayweather aside) pound for pound best are 1. Rigondeaux
2. Golovkin 3. Lomachenko

Rigondeaux super bantam, Lomachenko featherweight so that leaves Golovkin because they can make it happen at catch-weight.
now that really would be fight of the century! unfortunately its a pipe dream lol
Floyd would literally laugh that offer out of the building no matter the paycheck.

i think Khan is next which is a shame because although he'd offer more threat than Manny, Khan's timing is terrible. timing beats speed all day - even Danny Garcia proved that against Khan. and he's the one everyone is wanting FMW to fight so when he's beaten him, he can say he's beat every name put in front of him.

if he starts up another twitter poll i really hope people use their sense and EVERYONE votes Golovkin!
