I don't compete, but one of my "mates" took some pics of me "oiling up", if you think that forum would be the place for shots like that....??!

On a serious note, I think more competitors could gain a lot from better posing advice, don't you? IronMike

Unfortunately that kind of advice can only be given properly in real life.

True it would be harder on the net, but some shots of how-tos and how NOT-tos would help some. Some of the experienced guys who don't mind posting pics could hit some spot-on poses, then show where many go wrong. I know Big A is particular with posing, but I'm sure others are too and we could even jsut start this up on the open forum here.

I hate seeing a good competitor do badly cos they look like a cramped up unit, trying to contort themselves into a lotus position... IronMike

posing = practice, LOADS of it too!
as arold said in pi (pumping iron), you shell never hide away. you shell show them what you got! look at pictures, get inspirated, stand before the mirror and practice!

and how hard can it be to oil-up?!
