Posing videos??

Does anyone know of a real good posing video/book? There's so many out there. One that's shows you more than just the mandatory poses?I already bought a couple of shitty ones! In my opinion, I do think that there are very few guys out there who can really pose well! Although its probably not judged now as much as it was back in the day.I still want to look like I know what I'm doing on stage! Thanx guys

get the mandatories down

get the mandatories down perfectly for YOUR body.
then i suggest watching a top athlete that has a build very similar to YOURS. watch some of the moves he does. he picked those cuz they accentuate HIS lines and if you are built the same they will accentuate yours as well.

try to find a posing coach. someone at your gym or near it that has done many shows and can caoch you. that is the best way to learn. -JS

there is a decent series on youtube with Bob Chic, search there and I'm sure you will find them. it is about 10 or so vids.

You gotta get the mandatories down pat. Most of the show is decided at pre-judging. Don't overlook those poses or you won't have a chance to do your routine anyways, you'll be watching from the audience.
