Hey there, just wanted some advice, as I know most of you are experienced competitors. After a show, I have heard its recommended to run a moderate dose of test for a couple weeks (100mg prop eod or something liek it). Do you guys feel like this adds even more water retention to all that water you gain back naturally after a show? I would like to run some test to really wreap the benefits of the body being in such an anabolic state, but at the same time I want to watch out for my health's sake, as I know bloating too much can be unsafe. Is the body responsive enough to the raised calories after a show that running some test wouldnt even be completely necessary? Just seeing what your guys opinions on this are, and what you recommend. thanks!
