Do you guys do powerlifting style compound movements (ie clean and jerk with a jump etc) or bb style (slow feel the pain). Seems to me like bb style is wrong because certain parts of a movement are so hard to do slowly. But then, powerlifting style looks a lot like cheating.
In case you can't tell, typical bb style isolation movements are leaving me uninspired (skinny with painful joints!) - so any additional pointers would be great - CH
