This is what diet's looking like ATM...NOT INCLUDING PWO SHAKE or INTRA WORKOUT DRINK...

7.30am - 100g Muesli, 60g Whey, Banana. 2g Fish oils.
10.00am - 200-230g Chicken Breast, 250g Potato, greens. apple
12.30pm - 230g XLean Steak Mince, 300g Potatoes, greens, bit of gravy

Train from 1.45 - 2.45


PWO Shake 3.00pm
4pm - 200-230g Chicken Breast, 400g Potato, greens. apple
6pm - 200-230g chicken breast, 250g potato, greens,
8.30pm - 230g XLean Steak Mince, 300g Potatoes, greens, bit of gravy
10.30pm - 3Scoops Milk Protein

Digestive enzyme, 1g cod liver oil 1g omega 3 taken with each meal

What about if i just did my diet so i only have carbs in my pre workout meal 1hr pre workout, then intra workout, pwo shake then the meal pwo...so like this

7.30am - 5whole eggs, 2Scoops Whey
10.00am - 250g Steak mince, spinach. some evoo
12.30pm - 230g chicken, 200g potato, apple.

1.45pm - 2.45pm Train - take 10iu slin pre, 50g carbs 5mins after, then have 60g carbs intra and 50after pwo shake.

PWO Shake 3.00pm
4.00pm - 230g chicken, 300g potato apple.
6.00 - 250g Steak mince, spinach. some evoo
8.00pm - 3whole eggs, 230g chicken.
10.00pm - 3scoops casein.

Think that would allow me to grow and stay lean?

Yo heres the deal you want a huge chest right.. you need to be hitting chest at the least, i repeat at the least 2x a week. Also you need to be hitting legs 2x a week then back comes in to play 2x a week, and pick one day out of your week for an armageddon.. I really dont think you need to take days off.. secondly your aas schedule 700mgs test prop, 400mgs parabolan, 700mgs masteron, 700mgs npp and the rips 5 ius a day is perfect i would take it at 3:00 a.m. when you wake up tot take a piss during the night so your at a perfect fast... Also you need to overdose your ass on the aminos... forreal!... and you need more protein shakes 4-5 a day!.. I believe one guy was saying to split food into more meals, that is definently the way to go... Lastly TRAIN YOUR FUCKING ASS OFF!! Every day your in that gym you need to hit the weights like a FUCKING MONSTER!.... this is my 2cents, take it as you please.... great log by the way.. and good luck bro
