well it was a no go with the prami and clen. With the increase in urination from the prami and extra sweating from clen cause my leg muscle to cramp really bad. I was on the floor in the fetal position chugging pickle juice and water b/c i couldnt stand up. My salt intake was low I guess and I had drank over a gallon of water that day. This was after a leg workout.
