I am about to start my pre contest diet. I like long pre comp diets, at least 5 months and sometimes over.
I've used humalog up to 10 IU post workout on a bulk with no problems many times. I'm used to HGH on pre comp cycles but I've never used both on a pre comp. I was wondering what you suggest particularly on timing.
I'll have to drop slin I guess the last 2 months since I get too low in carbs ( 100g-150g) but I'll be okay the first 3 months.
Anyone who is used to this HGH/Slin cycle is welcome to advice.
