Would like to hear what everyone uses (if anything) for a little energy boost before a crazy training session. I am doing 3000 mg arginine / 25 grams of liquid protein / 1 bottle of redline by vpx. I am looking to switch things up as I think I am becoming immune to the redline. 1/2 bottle used to jack me up.....now I am downing a whole bottle 30 min pre-workout and not feeling the energy rush of old!
