I've been lifting for 11 years now, nearly 8 years with AAS. Started out really small, 21yo and 115lbs. Since that time, I've put on some good weight, sitting 212-215 and 12.4% bf (bod pod at university). I've never used slin, but I'd really like to try it PRE workout. I've searched several forums and still have some questions. Here's what I'm thinkin...

30min before workout - 4-5iu Humulin R

- Get to gym and sip on shake (40g whey isolate, 40g waxy maize, 10g BCAA) during workout

(1.5-2hr after INJECTION) - Post workout - have another shake w/ 40g whey isolate + 40g dextrose

(3hr post INJECTION) - 1hr after PWO shake - Low fat fish and rice (50g pro + 35g carbs)


I'll be around sugar at all times, but does this sound like a protocol that will keep me from goin hypo while giving me the fewest necessary carbs? I know everyone is different, but are my basics on spot? Does that seem like too much protein in such a small window (130g in 2-3hrs)? I'm a noob to slin, but I've been on these boards for a decade now. I'd really appreciate any advice from experience preworkout slin users like Plang, etc.

PS I'll be taking 600mg of test weekly along with pulsing superdrol.
 
Thats the way i do it also but i take 10 i/u hum-r.

Why don't you try Humalog and Milos Sarcev's 3 magic drinks? just a thought.


Ill be trying out the MAJIC DRINK in my next cycle.I dont think its a majic drink as its simple to think that kind of drink up.Iv dont that kind of drink before on my last cycle and it does help keep you full and keeps the pump.
