What do you all eat? I usually train about 3-4hrs after breakfast and my preworkout meal has always been a tossup. I used to do 50g whey and 50g maltodextrine. I need carbs pre-workout but dont have time to cook up pasta,etc.. so just curious what you all have pre-workout.
