Pre-workout slin protocol....

I understand the slin post workout protocol. But how do you run slin pre-workout and what's the advantage of pre? I've heard you may be less likely to gain fat doing it this way, is that true?
 
Do a search for this thread 'beyond aas...insulin' it's a great read for prewo slin. I'd post the link but my iPhone sucks.
 
Try to find the radio show with Milos from this past may (sorry I don't have a link). He talks about how he has his guys use it.

Personally, I think preworkout is the way to go. But you need to asses how you react to insulin before embarking on such a protocol. Individual carb requirements and their timing will vary widely.

Personally, I've gotten away with about 75g carbs total with as much as 12unit of humalog, but this certainly isnt the case for everyone.

when you say gotten away with. what did u feel like. Lighted head, weak, full hard, strong ect? thanks

Completely fine.


Yet I've gone hypoglycemic in instances where I've consumed twice as many carbs. There are lots of variables. For me, it's a matter of timing the carbs more so than the total amount ingested.

The smartest thing to do is make sure you always have some glucose tablets (or hell, any sugar really) when using insulin and familiarize yourself with the signs of hypoglycemia.
 
So what are the benefits? increased Pumps? strength?
