hahahahahaha. There's guys like that in my gym. They act like they're tough and then they pull some shit like that or have jacked up form and are all over the place. It always makes me laugh. Usually what follows is the guy stares in the mirror for twenty minutes all puffed up thinking he's swoll. lol

If you slow it down, you can see that he is doing the reps so fast that all we see is what looks like short range of motion. We're only seeing the pause at the top...really slow it down and see.
