prep advice
I am 4 weeks out and happy with my condition with the exception of my upper quads. My quads are thick, hamstring/glutes look good. However the seperation on frontal quad shots is lacking.
Skin folds upper quad are about 3mm. most everywhere else on my body 1 and 2mm. Some local peers are suggesting plyometrics tol help bring them out.
Body comp by caliper under 5%. Impedance test puts me at 6.3%.
5"9.5" 204lbs.
I've got 4 weeks to bring in the quads. What suggestions do you gents have for me?
