What's the most LBM you've gained on a bulking cycle? This question is for anyone, any cycle, any compound. I'm talking LBM not water and fat gain.
When I bulk my coach keeps my gains lean. I eat plenty but have learned from him there's no need to gain tons of fat to gain LBM. Some people gain 40 lbs of fat just for 10 lbs of LBM.
Me and one other client of my coach have gained 30 lbs on a cycle following diet, training, supplement and aas protocol. The gains were lean.
Wondering what the rest of your experiences have been? I'm constantly stuffing my face every 2 hours with protein and complex carbs but I do cardio too every day. Nothing extreme, just walking on an incline for 20-30 minutes.
