I have a problem with a pest. Let me start with some background info. On June 6 I got into a fight. But it wasn't if ya know what I mean. Long story short, I was at a bar with a buddy and his woman. Had some words with a guy it got dropped, I walked away dude kept talking shit after we decided to drop it. He was running his cocksucker on the way out and I let it go but my buddy didn't. He got into it with this guy and his friend outside and I'm watching through the open door as the bartenders and others were trying ro keep me out of trouble. I stayed out of it until my friend swung and missed and it the ground and gave himself a concussion from smacking his head on the ground. This is when the guy started to kick him and I came out to break it up. Got the guy off my frined and the other guy hit me from the side. I turned and retaliated with only "1" self defense punch. Knocked him out cold, stiff as a board lite as a feather type shit. He looked as if he was having a seizure. The other guy gets up and starts wrestling with me and I end up stepping on the guys face that is on the ground. Between the puch and the stomp he ends up with 7 staples in the back of his head. Police are called, I bail I can't stand them anyways. I come in that morning around 6:30 to make my statement. I cooperate as I don't think I did anything wrong, everyone's super cool as they said they've had problems with this guys before and everyone for the most part said that it was his buddy that kicked him. So I should be good. I get stuck on probation and almost $2,000 in fines and cost + restitution. That whatever it is. But since then I went out one night after a football game that we won so I'm happy, me and my roomate are chill'n. There's an off duty cop there, who's always out what not-real problem starter but never for me. My roomate see's one of this homeboys up there and there talking. I guess this cops been fucking with him at the bar. Mind you if you familiar with CNN at all you've seen my hometown all over the news for riots the last couple of summers. This cop is basicall the one that caused it by killing a guy in a high speed motorcycle chase in the hood. My roomate and his friend were real close to this guy. So when everyone was leaving they were outside exchanging some pleasantries. As I walked out to see what was going on, my roomate adviced me to stay away as I already have enough problems. I didn't say shit and this dick, I mean cop turns to me and strats spouting off at the mouth. About how I'm going to pick there side of his and this and that. I told him I wasn't involved, he responded by telling me to choose. 1 this is my roomate 2 he's also my friend 3 I don't like you so you make the choice. He's like we'll see about that. A month or so goes by and we go out after a game. I'm walking out the bar, I'm in the door way and I stop to give a girl a hug and while I'm doing this I get blasted 3 times from a couple off duty cops and there buddies. I get out the door and of course no one wants to fight now that I can see it coming and there all acting like they don't know what happend. It was another off duty cop that I'm friends with that pulled me out of the bar and these guys didn't even realize it as they hit the girl that I was hugging 2 more times. I'm outside talking to this buddy and that little fucking cocksucker walks up and starts giving him shit saying that it's bullshit how he's taking my side when there suppossed to be cool and whatnot. He then gets in my face and said that he wasn't the one that touched me but he's glad I got my ass whipped. I started laughing then startedyelling back, If getting my ass whipped is being sucker punched 3 times and hitting a little girl, then step up as I'll show you what it's like to be close to death. Were nose to nose yelling he's trying to get me to hit him first, I'm not stupid I never touched him but I did start saying things to piss him off and that didn't work so I spit in his face and that didn't work either. He took off as the cops pulled up. The reason he took off is he's always creating problems and fights at the local bars and the cops are getting pissed. He's from the town over. I thought this was the end of it as I completely stopped going out! But last week I went out on wed. as this was the first night of a 2 part night for my class reunion. This fucker shows up then calls the cops on me and walks them right up to me and tries to get me popped for probation violation. They cut me loose and this pisses him off even more. So I go to see my PO yesterday and she shows me 2 reports that this cocksucker has sent in talking about me being a menace and this and that and he fells that I should be locked up! This bitch is now trying to violate me or fucking with me. As when I went in she said that she didn't have time to fill out an arrest sheet for a bench warrent and that I had to turn myself in today. but call her in the morning and she'll let me know if there's going to be a bond so I can get out and go to work. I call her all day from 9-2:30 she finally answers and tells me that the judge didn't sign it yet and to call he on monday to find out the status of it. That's a bunch of shit as I'll loose my job if they show up there. Plus this is being drug out for no reason and I want to crush this maggot that is giving me problems. So I'm not in jail, I'm waiting to see what happens plus I'm waiting to hear from an attorney to see what my options are to nail this fuckker for harrasment or whatever I can. I'm thinking about going to his commanding officer and see what I can do, but you know how these fucks stick together. I don't see it doing much good! But I'd rather stick him in a potato sack and beat him with a broom stick!
What can I do to exact my revenge on this fucker. Something clever and not illegal, just enough to piss him off and cost him money or time!

Give him some fine art with a good car Keying. That costs some bucks. Maybe a screwdriver in a couple of tires and some sugar in the gas tank while he is at the bar. He'll be hitch-hiking home.

Man it's that name Armageddon, LOL!!!! Thats a lot of drama in a very short period of time. I'd take a xanex and get a good defense attorney who has good relationships with the judges and prosecuters. I think you have to deal with it legally, becuase you are up against a corrupted part of a police department. If theres an evil in the world it is this kind of sh*t. I think you copy that pretty much copy that post and if that gets into a judges hands you probably get a restraining order and also maybe he gets more heat for his being an asshole and discrediting the department.

if i were you i would just let it roll over. do what you have to do to avoid jail time/fines and what not, but i wouldnt go after this guy. i know its hard as hell to not go right up to him and blast him in the face, but thats just going to cause more problems for you. just my opinion...

Bubba, theres a reason this guy comes to your town to party and not where hes at. I'd get my witnesses together and tell the Police Chief there whats happening and if that don't help let them know that your taking it to the media about this harassment. Chances are that this prick is unwelcome at home and someone is looking for a way to dump him legally. Nobody likes cops that are pricks even other cops that are pricks. J.R.

I would try to do a set up. Go out and have a buddy near by with a video camera taping it all as it happens. I bet if he gets in your face and you show no reaction, this will piss him off even more so and maybe get him to do something to you then and there. He's looking for you to make the first move, like striking him, so play some reverse psychology on him and make him hit you first, then rock his world, plus you got it on film as self defense.

Oh yeah, I am pretty sure restitution is you will have to pay all of the other guys expenses and lost wages, etc, etc. Could get expensive!

You need to file a complaint I would also make another phone call to another agency such as the U.S Marshals, Rangers etc now rather than later as well. I would avoid the bars though if you are caught drinking on Probation you can be MTR. If you get MTR you are eligible for a bond but it will be double and but your PO will put a delay on the bond and keep you locked up more than likely not more than 2 weeks to make a point. Then you will have to start Probation over from the begging losing any time you have finished already I worked for them for a 1yr after graduating college but I got tired of how they screw people over the system is all about money. You start over and they make more money you pay for more classes anger mgt etc supervision fees etc. MM

I'm not even sure this falls into the counselling category but I will give you some advice. Stay out of the bars and avoid the alcohol. You are just cartwheeling into the clink, my friend.

You are fighting up against a situation that you can NOT win. Ever. It will just lead to more misery and you will end up in the slam or worse. I suggest you be on best behavior until your prob is up and then move away from there since it sounds like everyone knows you and your rep probably isn't the best. In these situations, it doesn't matter whether you were the good guy, the bad guy, whatever. You were still a part of it. Right or wrong, this is the way people usually think.

On a personal note, if you came into my office and told me this situation and told me your name was Armageddon and you were wearing a t-shirt that said "rage" on it, I have to be honest, I wouldn't help you. All these things point to a personality that is usually on the wrong side of the road and needs to be there for any number of reasons.

You may be angry, you're pride may be hurt, you're feelings, whatever. You have to shrug it off and get on with the business of living. You're not going to "fix" these corrupt cops or fistacuff characters. Vent like hell in here if you have to but don't prolong you're misery any more than you have to. You have to begin to concentrate on the future... NOW

My initial reaction to your story is that I am glad I rarely go out to bars anymore! Injustice nearly always brings out the rage in all of us. I can certainly understand how you feel, having been there more than once myself.

I would contact someone in authority over the junior officer. Believe it or not, the police would rather not have one of their own causing problems for them.

If you chose to contact the police chief, remember, these people know him, they don't know you. They will be apt to take the side of one they know. However, an individual such as you have described will surely have made enemies or annoyed those he works with. You have that going for you. They may actually be looking for a reason to let him go. Be as polite and well mannered as possible at all times when sharing your story.

I would also contact an attorney and file charges. Remember you cannot control his behavior. The only things you can control are your thinking and behavior. Use these tools well and to your best advantage to avoid wasted time.

Lasty, you might rethink some of the choices you have made that led to being involved in the whole situation. I don't intend to get preachy, so I'll keep it short and say that I have had far fewer conflicts since I stopped frequenting the places where it tends to happen!

Do you know me? I do have a shirt that says rage on it. But that was the name of the football team that I used to play for, Kalamazoo Rage. Funny.
First thing first, most of the time when I'm at the bar I don't drink. I go to these places because I don't drink and can attempt to control myself when stuff like this arises. If I drink it's at home, but I don't drink all that often. I am waiting for an attorney to return a call to see what I can do about this. I was going to go to his commander and file a complaint, however I don't think it will do any good for a few reasons. 1-What you guys already had stated 2-The commander is being outsted at the end of the month, something about falsify something or other for a recent election.
This guy comes into St. Joe from Benton Harbor because there's nothing over there. Two completely different towns 1 almost all white and the other almost all black. Most don't have problems but theres always a few here and there. There's a national best sellar from a couple years ago that explains all this.
I also believe in Karma but I am also pissed off by this individual. He is hated by alot of people and there's several that wouldn't bat an eye if he disappeared. I don't care what he does to fuck with me outside of my PO's office as I can determine what happens then. But when he's writing her and tring to make himself look good and influence her to lock me up it pisses me OFF!

I don't know you personally, no. Do you really want to pick yourself up and dust off this mess or just drag matters out?

Is there a way that you can get out of this without inflicting more harm on yourself or anyone else? If so, than that is the route to take. I don't like to take sides and I don't pat someone on the back for sinking to someone elses level. I won't always tell you what I think you want to hear but I will tell you what I believe you NEED to hear. In other words, the straight truth. If you don't like it or agree, tell me to piss off. That's okay too.

Tell me how it is that's not a problem, I'm a grown ass man that can takes critisism and I take full resposibility for my actions! No one can make me do something. I'm a straight shooter. Things are fine, I just write alot of the things I don't do anymore but would like to lol 6-7yrs ago I would have gone and snatched this ass up and taken him to my little spot about 3hrs away and made it real hard for him to get home. I know that maynot be right as Karma's a bitch when it comes back at ya. I'm sure I've done something in the past to deserve this but I don't like it. That's why I chose the name I did Armageddon- constant battle between good and bad- that's what it seems like is going on in my head alot and the older I get the more the good side wins.
