but if you going to use liquid aminos get them off phil
not the others out there
i have been using Phil's LBA's for about 3 weeks now
no bloat or gas like when using protein powder
and the lbas are easy to mix and use
I hear great things about Phil's LBA's. right after i move im definately going to order some. by the way Phil would there be any benefit to adding them right into my protien shake? It is a weight gainer around 1300 cals per serving with 58 grams of protien. i hope this is enough info(as i know how ur sence of humor works and i really dont feel like haveing a new asshole torn!...lol). Id appreciate the advice.
